CAPTAIN D'S FRANCHISE
The first Captain D's opened in Donelson, Tennessee, in 1969 as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers. The idea behind the restaurant was simple: to serve high-quality, quick-service seafood. Nearly 40 years later this big idea has become the current version of Captain D's, and it has grown to nearly 600 restaurants in 25 states.
Today, Captain D’s menu offers a wide variety of fried fish, shrimp and chicken dishes, as well as numerous seasonal and regional seafood favorites. We also offer a great selection of side items like french fries, green beans, mac n cheese, apples & pears, baked potatoes, hushpuppies and cole slaw.
While we are proud of our past, firmly focused on the future and currently in our most aggressive growth period in more than a decade. Today, we are looking for qualified franchisees to help us make Captain D’s even bigger and better with single and multi-unit franchise agreements in many areas across the nation.
