Founded in 1984, Vanguard's franchisees provide a wide range of specialized janitorial services—general office cleaning, carpet cleaning, hard surface floor care, window washing, power washing and green cleaning—to many different commercial facilities including office complexes, industrial buildings, medical offices, schools and more.
Vanguard provides its franchisees with expert training and customer service support. Vanguard franchisees can choose to grow their business at their own pace, allowing for a steady revenue base at start-up and lower risk.

Ongoing Expenses
Vanguard Cleaning Systems franchisees pay ongoing royalty fees of 10%, plus business support service fees. Equipment leasing is available to select franchisees for an additional fee.
What You Get—Training and Support
Vanguard provides franchisees with an initial training program that includes DVD instruction, web-based/e-learning, interactive classroom training and practical, on-site activities explaining the methods and procedures of the commercial cleaning system. During training, we strive to ensure that each franchise owner has the know-how to deliver high quality service to clients on a consistent basis.
Vanguard supports franchisees on an ongoing basis by maintaining support personnel at each office. Vanguard’s staff is available for franchisees to answer any questions about customer cleaning needs or to provide technical assistance. Vanguard provides monthly billing services of client accounts, assists in customer relations and provides collections support.
Territory
Vanguard Cleaning Systems does not grant exclusive territories for its unit franchises.
