Investment Required
The fee for a Maids franchise is $10,000, plus an initial territory fee of $0.95 for each potential customer in the Designated Market Area. The Maids may offer financing to qualified prospective franchisees for up to 75% of the Initial Franchise Fee.

Ongoing Expenses
The Maids franchisees pay royalty fees ranging from 3.9% to 6.9% of gross revenues (2.4% to 6.9% for conversions), advertising fees equal to 2% of gross revenues (0.5% to 2% for conversions) and required local advertising expenditures equal to $1.20 per potential customer, per year. Additional fees payable by the franchise include a national convention registration fee and an annual software membership fee.

The Maids’s marketing staff and business coaches provide comprehensive marketing support throughout opening and operations. The Maids helps franchisees build an initial marketing plan and provides ongoing consulting, ad design, public relations and direct mail support. The Maids also assigns a franchise business coach to provide franchisees with one-on-one counsel and support in all facets of business growth and management.
