What You Get—Training and Support

Stroller Strides starts by supporting and guiding franchisees while choosing a franchise location as well as in finding and hiring instructors. Stroller Strides trains franchisees on how to teach and operate their business through a combination of e-mail modules, web conference calls and recorded seminars. A two-day live instructor training course teaches the foundations of exercise science, anatomy, exercise physiology, prenatal and postnatal fitness and how to teach Stroller Strides and Fit4Baby classes. Participants will test for two certifications from this course, which is offered monthly in various parts of the country. An online course for those who are already certified exercise professionals teaches class formats, pre- and postnatal fitness, class safety and procedures.

Stroller Strides also supports franchisees through marketing, including marketing ideas, national advertising and PR, a professionally designed and highly visited website, and monthly newsletters. Stroller Strides does offer additional courses for continuing education for franchisees, instructors and fitness professionals. New products and services are being continuously developed by the Stroller Strides team so that franchisees stay competitive.
