What You Get–Training and Support

Spherion bills clients, pays employees, and provides the software applications and cutting-edge technology that connect the franchisee to the corporate network, eliminating many operating costs associated with running the business. Some of the highlights include a dedicated and experienced field support team, extensive training programs, in-depth mentoring and coaching programs, centralized recruiter tools and helpful resources, comprehensive pre-opening procedures, centralized sales and marketing tools, national sales programs, web-based technology and tools, 100% financing for temporary payroll, client invoicing, accounting support, and a call center for operations and technical help.

Once the franchisee is in business, Spherion provides the following assistance and services:
standardized sales and promotional programs, campaigns and materials; prepare and pay the weekly payroll for temporary employees, including payroll taxes and other direct labor costs, prepare and deliver invoices to the customer for full-time placements and for services performed by temporary employees, and provide all other management information services and equipment previously discussed; provide advice and guidelines in handling customer collections, arrange and pay for accrued expenses relating to insurance; a mailing list of current and prospective customers, full-time placement applicants and temporary employees; match the national advertising fee paid by the franchisee.

Territory

Spherion does grant exclusive territories.
