Pizza Patrón franchisees pay a royalty fee equal to 5% of gross sales. Additional fees include contributions to a local advertising fund.
What You Get—Training and Support
New franchisees receive three weeks of intense training for the owner and general manager where they are instructed in the essentials of restaurant operations, labor management, administration, marketing and a broad range of other subjects needed to successfully operate a Pizza Patrón store.
After opening, Pizza Patrón continues to support franchisees by making training programs available for crewmembers and management candidates. Franchisees build their business with store evaluation programs, Brand Partners site, recipes, manual updates, marketing services and operational support. Franchisees have access to a regular schedule of training classes at our Pizza Patrón University located in our corporate offices in Dallas, Texas.
Territory
Pizza Patrón grants protected development areas.
Note: The tables and information regarding the number of operating units, investment required, on-going expenses, training and territory grants were taken from the company’s 2011 FDD. The 2011 write-ups will be incorporated into the 2011 Edition of Bond’s Top 100 Franchises publication.
