Ongoing Expenses

Molly Maid franchisees pay royalty fees based on a sliding scale from 3% to 6.5% based on gross sales of a calendar year, plus a local advertising fund contribution that ranges from $0.25 per customer to $1.00 per customer based on gross sales of a calendar year. Additional fees payable by the franchisee include a national marketing expenditure and fees for supplemental training.
