Ongoing Expenses
Molly Maid franchisees pay royalty fees based on a sliding scale from 3% to 6.5% based on gross sales of a calendar year, plus a local advertising fund contribution that ranges from $0.25 per customer to $1.00 per customer based on gross sales of a calendar year. Additional fees payable by the franchisee include a national marketing expenditure and fees for supplemental training.

With Molly Maid’s six to eight week Right Start Training Program, franchisees will learn every aspect of starting a home cleaning franchise from legal to finance, and marketing to human resources. The network of Regional Service Managers provides franchisees with essential support and advice to run their franchises.
