Mighty Distributing provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

On-going Expenses
Mighty franchisees pay a monthly royalty fee equal to 5% of total gross sales, and an advertising fee equal to 0.5% of total gross sales per month. Other fees payable by the franchisee include a 1-time Franchisees Association fee of $250 and Franchisees Association dues of $100 per year.
What You Get–Training and Support
Mighty Distributing provides the franchisee and/or the designated manager with approximately 5-10 days of training in the operation of the Franchised Business, including classroom business and sales training, and field sales and operations training. The franchisee receives various written instructions, buying guides and confidential manuals, including Mighty’s on-line “Buying Guide” and “Operations Manual,” which are amended periodically.
Franchisees are also provided with pre-opening or opening assistance in the initial operation of the franchised business. They are informed of sources for signs, equipment, fixtures, furnishings, improvements and other available products and services for the operation of the Mighty Franchise.
Territory
Mighty Distributing grants exclusive territories.
