Manhattan Bagel has developed a strong system of support, made up of both an existing franchisee field support structure and a senior management of industry veterans. The Manhattan Bagel training program, consisting of 24 hours of classroom training and 170 hours of on-the-job training, extends to day-to-day operations in each individual store, from topical training to supplying the right manuals for thorough field support.

Manhattan Bagel also maintains an in-house culinary department that ranks with the best in the industry. Their culinary researchers and seasoned chefs are in a constant quest for the next “next thing”. As a result, Manhattan Bagel franchisees get to showcase that cutting edge culinary prowess in their markets.
