Ongoing Expenses

What You Get—Training and Support

Express offers comprehensive initial training, with two weeks at Express University in Oklahoma City, OK and one week in a certified field training office. The training programs cover the subjects of financial controls, sales and telemarketing techniques, maintenance of quality standards, merchandising, advertising and administration. Franchisees and their staff have ongoing learning opportunities available through online courses, development tracks, training calls and tools available through Express University Online. In addition, Express hosts two live training events annually at the regional SALES Summit as well as an international live training event through the International Leadership Conference.

Express offers layers of support and tools, including a developer who visits each franchise location, a toll-free assistance center and technical support open weekdays from 7 AM - 7 PM CST. Franchisees have at their disposal 200 support professionals offering specialized advice at Express international headquarters, along with 70 representatives in the field, a proprietary handbook and manuals. Franchisees receive collateral sales and recruiting materials at no charge and have access to knowledge-based marketing programs unique to Express. Franchisees are equipped for success through Express’ sales support programs and marketing and media relations tools.
