What You Get—Training and Support
Elements Therapeutic Massage’s support staff assists franchisees in various ways during the opening of their studio including site selection, lease negotiation, studio design and construction management, and support prior to and during new studio openings. Additionally, franchisees undergo training modules approximately two months prior to studio opening. The core training modules are designed to give the franchisee and managers if applicable, the key understandings of running the business operations. These operations include, but are not limited to, client acquisition and marketing, studio operating software, client scheduling, overall studio operations, client service path, financial modeling, planning and key performance indicator tracking.
Ongoing support includes scheduled monthly phone support calls, two field visits per year, the Annual Franchisee National Conference, corporate-supported studio Franchisee webinar, and a monthly electronic newsletter.
Territory
Elements Therapeutic Massage does not grant exclusive territories.
