Investment Required

The fee to purchase a Coverall franchise ranges from $9,120 to $30,643, depending on the volume of business desired by a franchisee. Coverall offers financing options that will help you obtain the capital you need to start your business, maintain a thriving franchise and grow your company. Coverall will provide financing for the following items:

  • Initial Franchise Fee
  • New Equipment
  • Additional Business
  • Uniforms or Other Business Supply Purchases

Coverall provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

Ongoing Expenses

Coverall Franchisees pay ongoing royalty fees equal to 5% of gross monthly billings, support fees equal to 10% of gross monthly billings, and franchise owner insurance coverage equal to 2.4% of gross monthly billings. Additional fees include optional sales and marketing fees, premium account fees and a referral fee for special one-time services such as window cleaning or floor refinishing.

Our Franchise Owners are trained and certified to become health-based cleaning professionals. Territory

Coverall’s Master Franchise program offers exclusive developmental rights to operate the Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System in an entire metropolitan area.

Janitorial franchisees do not receive an exclusive territory
