Investment Required

The fee for a Bonus Building Care franchise is $7,500. BONUS offers financing for the initial franchise fee and certain new account fees for qualifying franchisees.

Ongoing Expenses

BONUS Building Care franchisees pay a support fee equal to 22% of pre-tax revenue each month, as well as an insurance fee equal to 6% of gross revenue per month. Other fees payable by the franchisee include leased equipment fees, new account fees, and one-time work contract fees.

What You Get—Training and Support

BONUS provides the necessary training on a host of procedures and skills required to run a successful commercial cleaning franchise; no previous business or sales experience is needed. BONUS franchisees benefit from the initial five hours of classroom training and extended and special services training, all designed to accommodate the franchisee’s schedule with flexible, mutually convenient times. Supplemental home-study sections complement and strengthen the hands-on training, allowing the franchisee to progress through the course material at a pace suited to their lifestyle.

BONUS provides marketing assistance on national, regional, and local levels in maintaining a full sales staff and telemarketers who work to obtain business for its franchisees. In addition, BONUS offers franchisees the opportunity to lease-purchase quality, commercially rated, earth-friendly janitorial equipment
