BAB, Inc. offer customers a wide range of high quality foods through its three brands, My Favorite Muffin, Brewsters Coffee and Big Apple Bagels. Each of the restaurants offers a casual yet comfortable atmosphere in which customers can order to-go or linger in the dining area with the wide assortment of breakfast and lunch items, treats, and beverages. On the menu, BAB restaurants offer freshly baked bagels, fresh deli sandwiches, cake-like muffins prepared with soybean oil, as well as salads, soups and specialty drinks made to order. BAB recognizes that today’s consumer wants to make informed choices about the foods they eat and BAB restaurants serve a wide range meal options that can easily fit into a healthy, balanced diet.

Each restaurant doubles as a bakery-café. Additionally, the restaurant is not only a retail destination, but also a wholesale distributorship from which franchisees’ baked-from-scratch bagels and muffins can be sold in bulk to corporate clients, restaurants, convenience stores and other businesses for resale.
