What You Get—Training and Support
1-800-DryClean provides an effective and standardized business management software to perform the operational side of the business. 1-800-DryClean’s “Right Start” training guides franchisees from the signing date to the grand opening. Part one of the training is at the 1-800-DryClean home office and part two is onsite in the franchisee’s territory for a true hands-on experience. Franchisees can seek advice, input or support in growing their businesses through toll-free calls, an intranet site, electronic communications, company publications, national conferences and more.
